To reserve a room, please contact The Crowne Plaza Hotel in Warwick directly and reference the RICE Education Career Fair in order to receive the preferred rate of $139.00. The hotel informs us that rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out for guests who fail to identify affiliation with RICE at the time the reservation is requested. The conference rate will be held until March 16, 2008, or when the total room block is full, whichever is earliest.

Once in Rhode Island, take Exit 12A from either I-95 North or South onto Rt. 113 East. Bear to the right just before the intersection of Rt. 5 South and the entrance will be on the right. The facility is easily visible on the east side of the Interstate.
Recruiter Parking:
For recruiters driving in the day of the event, enter through the Grand Ballroom entrance on the left side of the hotel. For most convenient parking, take a left after you drive up toward the front entrance. There is ample parking. For recruiters staying at the Crowne Hotel, you may park in any convenient space. From the main entrance, enter the job fair by going down the corridor toward the Grand Ballroom, past the Rotunda.
