When & Where is the MERC Education Career Fair?
The MERC Education Fair will take place on Wednesday April 23, 2008 at the John B. Hynes Veteran Memorial Convention Center. The fair hours are 9:00 am - 3:30 pm.

MERC has reserved a block of rooms at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel & Towers for our recruiters needing overnight accommodations on Tuesday April 22 and/or Wednesday April 23.

Please note that the cut off date for accepting reservations into this room block is April 1, 2008. Reservation requests received after 5:00 p.m. local time at the Hotel on the cut-off date will be accepted on space and rate availability basis.

Who is Eligible to Attend?

Students/Alumni
The MERC Recruitment event is limited to undergraduate, graduate, post-baccalaureates, and alumni from member colleges and universities. Unfortunately, we are unable to make exceptions for non-affiliated candidates. Candidate registration materials must be obtained from the Career Center of the appropriate college or university prior to the conference. Candidates complete their registration on-site.

Employers
Public and private schools/school systems are invited to participate. Attendance is limited and available on a first-come, first serve basis. MERC reserves the right to limit attendance to meet the needs of our candidates. Employers must register online.
