This event has been a huge success the past two years. The class of 2005 overwhelmingly boasted that this was the best event during their four years at Duke. This is an opportunity to really broaden you education! Learn proper etiquette for a business dinner. Learn why you should never choose Cornish Game Hen or cherry tomatoes from the menu. And learn when to choose merlot over cabernet. The event is open only to seniors and a fee of $25.00, which can be given through food/flex points, cash, or check, will be required for this event. We encourage you to dress for success at this event!

The transition to real life can be tough if you are not properly prepared for it. This panel of recent graduates will focus on the transition from school to work. They will educate you on such mundane matters as taxes, insurance, unscrupulous landlords, and dating.

If you\'re in the last phase of your graduate program, you\'ll soon be sitting under the lights being interviewed for your first post-Duke job. The INTERVIEW REALITY SHOW will be an interactive demonstration by 2 job candidates applying for industry and faculty positions. Each candidate will participate in a mock interview and get interviewer and audience feedback to will help them perform effectively when those recruiting lights are turned on. Mock interviews are the thing to calm the nerves and loose the tongue.
