Please note that exhibitor set-up is on March 14, 2008, from 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM.

Metropolitan Exposition Services, Inc. is the designated provider for material handling at Madison Square Garden Expo Center. Please DO NOT send materials directly to Madison Square Garden as they will not be accepted.

Please note that exhibitor move-in is on Friday, March 14, 2008 between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM, in which you may have problems finding a freight carrier to deliver your materials direct to show site.

We recommend that you ship your materials in advance to the Metropolitan Exposition warehouse. This will ensure timely delivery of materials directly to your booth.

To ship your exhibition materials to the Metropolitan Exposition warehouse, consign your shipment(s) as follows: (use the form attached above)

Materials should arrive from February 17, 2008 and March 7, 2008.

Materials that are delivered to the Metropolitan Exposition warehouse after the receiving deadline of March 7, 2008, will incur a 30% per 100lbs “late delivery” surcharges.
